I'm considering on booking a trip to Buenos Aires in July but I'm concerned about the weather there during that time of year. Are the winters really that cold? Any input or suggestions on spending time in BA during July?

Thanks.

I don't know where you are from, if you are used to low temperatures or not. July is winter, it's cold, but not as bad as in the south. No snow, you won't freeze. You'll need warm clothes, but in my opinion (I was born in Patagonia) is not bad, at all.
Things to do...thousands! You should visit San Telmo, La Boca, have a walk and a drink in Recoleta and Palermo, have dinner in Puerto Madero, and don't miss a Tango Show (somewhere in San Telmo). It's a big city, plenty of things to do.
May be you should contact some specialized agents, there are a few at traveldm.com
Take a look. Buen viaje!
