I need to get the senegal visa in Africa.

I would like to know the way to get the senegal visa in Mali or near country.
I'm Korean.
I'd like to know ;
- how long takes time
- how much is it?
- address and telephone number
- what is the duration of the visa
- what kind of document do i need...
I can get the visa any country near senegal if possible.

I didn't receive any reply for it however i found out.
I got the Senegal visa in Ghana instead of Mali.
the requirements are as below.
1. 3 photos
2. 2 copy of passport (including cover page)
3. 2 copy of return ticket
4. 2 copy of invitation or visa demand letter ==> i wrote the visa demand letter with my itinerary.
5. Visa fee : 120 ghana cedi (about 80 USD) for 90 days
it took 48 hours.
