How can I get to Iguazu falls from Brazilia?

Hello.I am currently in Manaus.And we need to get to Brazilia to retain our new passports(we were robbed)So we need to change our plans a bit.We are planning to go to Iguazu falls straight from Brazilia.Probably by bus because it is more economical.Can anybody give any advice on it?Thanks! That is a long bus ride. Maybe travel on the night busses and stop in Rio and/or someplace else along the way for a couple of nights.
