Puerto Iguazu

Which buses go there? Can't find specifics of which bus companies to book with. Also - who has stayed in a hostel in Puerto Iguazu? Which are good, which are not??? What else is there to do there?

I'll be in Buenos Aires on a work trip for a week at the beginning of August and want to spend an extra week or so in Argentina. I have decided to go to Puerto Iguazu (unless anyone has any other ideas) and now need more information.

I have read that there are some bus companies that run up there from BA with sleeper seats and good service. Normally I hate travelling by bus as I can't sleep sitting up but these sleeper seats sound good and the bus is certainly a lot cheaper than flights.
How do I book these buses? How far in advance should I book?

Hostels - there seem to be several, has anyone stayed in them? Recommendations? Warnings???

I love hiking and will happily spend a few days hiking in the national park. But I think I will still have plenty of time for other activities, is there anything else you can recommend that I could do from Puerto Iguazu?
