How much can I expect to pay per night for a hostel bed in La Paz?

I think Bolivia is one of the cheaper countries in S. American. Probably the cheapest.

To find out the prices for the hostels, Google La Paz and hostels. That will bring up a list of hostels and prices for them.

The plane tickets to there are usually expensive though. It would be cheaper to fly into maybe Brazil and then make your way overland to Bolivia.

you re right Mell.
my last trip i travelled from Paris to sao paolo after that i took the bus to porto suarez, it was nice trip to pass the frontieres and after that i contacted a adress that a friend gave to me its for a company there where they have appartements and as well they reserve hotels too , they hve the cheap prices i contacted too others gencies but the service is bad and the hotels are always into noise places....
