Reply to this I have had the best luck in BA with restaurants most are very good. The is one on Posadas San Juanitos (i think is the spelling) North of the Hyatt it is a locals place and one of our favorites. The FARMACIA is good, It has a patio on the roof.

Reply to this San Telmo is perfect for cafes and restaurants! There's a really good parilla called "Gran Parilla de Plata" and a pizza place called "Sr Telmo" as well as a VERY good Sushi place (BA is big on sushi!) called "Sukiyaki." If you're interested in cafes and restaurants you should take a wander around Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood, its FULL of quirky and quality places, some of the best places ive been!
