Advice on Route through Brazil

I would like to book an airpass for 4 cities but I am not sure if I have chosen the best amount of days in each. I am limited by the rule that I only have 21 days between my first flight and last. Can anyone make any suggestions about my itinerary?

I am spending 45 Days in Brazil begining July 3. Here is my itinerary as of now:

8 days in San Paulo

2 days Iguacu

6 days in Cuiaba ( I want go on a tour of the Pantanal)

13 days Manus (I wan tto go on an amazon tour)

16 days in Rio

As you can see I am really interested in nature but I also want to gat a feel for the cities. I am a female traveling alone for the first time so I elected to do as much travel as possible by air. Any advice would be helpful. In particular I am wondering if 2 days is enough at the falls in Iguacu.

Thank You

Two FULL days is enough in Iguazu - one for the Argentina side and one for the Brazilian side. You might want to book an extra one in case the weather is bad.

I didn't go to Manaus, but the one thing that I think you left out of your trip is Salvador. I definitely think that is worth going to if you can get there. I would say you need at least a week for both Salvador and Rio, and you could easily spend two weeks in either, especially if you went on sidetrips. Reply to this

Hey dude....

I´m not sure whether you will be traveling for 21 or 45 days. In any case, LATAM is a very big region and it would be more convenient to take just one country, namely Brazil (?) but going to two countries would be too much for a short period. It would be fantastic to go to the very north, rent / buy a car and drive all the way down to Iguazu, by the sea..... Yes, this might take you 45 days but it would be gorgeous.

Other alternative destinations would be Peru, Argentina or Chile. Either are fantastic with different attractions. My advice:

- Argentina 45 days trip
- Chile 25 days trip
- Peru 30 days trip
