Any recomendations for bus services from La Paz?

Its my first time traveling in south america, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I was wandering if anyone knew how easy and long it takes go by bus from La Paz to Asuncion In Parguay. I imagine I will have to go through Argentina...

or if anyone knows how to get to the Igua Falls from La Paz?
