Hi Paul, I was in south america ten years ago and am heading back there now for 4 months. The best thing i have ever seen was iguazu, def dont miss it. The main things i'm ging back to see that i missed last time are Machu picchu, the nazca lines, lake titicaca, death road in la paz, silver mines in potosi and salt flats too. i'm doing them in the order too as you can ( i think ) bus from place to place. I learnd last tim that souh america is HUGE and if u have a short time only, i'n decide on th things u want most and stick to an itinerary.

hope this is of use and have a wicked time, i'm gonna!
