Can I Sleep in the Lima Airport Overnight?

Question regarding Lima airport.

Appearantly my flight from Texas is not landing in Lima until 10:30 at night. Every flight is scheduled for this arrival time. I was hoping to sleep in the airport for the night and then embark upon my first day in Peru the following morning when I am better refreshed and the environment is safer for a wandering young girl.

I have slept in American and European airports overnight, but can it be done in Lima?

In Europe we had planned to sleep in train stations, only to find ourselves booted out at midnight on the street. I don't want to repeat those moments if possible...
