Where do I go in Bolivia and Brazil for a Visa?

I am a USA citizen and will be traveling in November to Bolivia and later to Brazil. Where do I go in Bolivia and Brazil to get a Visa or should I get my Visa before leaving the USA. Finally, does anyone know, if the price for the Visa is less , if purchased the Visa abroad. I am a tight budget.

Are you asking, where in Bloivia do I get a tourist visa for Brazil? check here......
