Dirty Teeth

I am currently going through the most horrific tooth pain I have ever suffered. I cannot help but think it as a result of travelling in areas where the water was a bit dodgy. Resulting in months on end of dry clean. A process of cleaning your teeth without water, which although I am sure it was better than not cleaning at all, it definately seems to of let me in pain now. All these little labour saving devices eventually catch up with you. My calves have never been right either, all those long cramped bus journeys have ruined them.
