Barranco, Lima & Miami on the way home.

One full day in Barranco area of Lima. Our flight's at midnight so we just have the day but booked a hotel so we could sleep and shower. Wandered aimlessly for ages looking for a Cevicheria for lunch, finally stumbled on one. Did not love Barranco, an area of old mansions in need of a good cleaning and restoration, it was nice to see but we wish we could have had another day in Centro Lima. Stayed at Victor Delfin's home, Second Home Peru, lovely house right on the cliff, filled with his art. Steps go down the cliff to the pool....cool.
Red eye to Miami then the whole day sleeping on the beach and stayed in a Deco hotel.
