I DID IT!!!! Well, more accurately we ALL did it which is to say our whole group (or "team" as I prefer to think of us). The llamas that hang out there are so tame that you can pet them. This little guy was walking along the wall and pretty much stopped to pose for me.(Day 4)

Deb: congrats for making it! And, many thanks for the OUTSTANDING pics. Now tell me the truth, did YOU really take these? Glad it's all going so well. I'm jealous. Now, I've got my own adventure: Las Vegas. The only sights there are topless women. Darn.

Spectacular!
These photos are too spectacular for words! I am so impressed that you have made it, so congratulations! For years I have enjoyed reading about other people's climbing adventures ("Into Thin Air," for example)... now I actually know someone who is having those adventures! I know that climbing is something I would have enjoyed at a younger time in my life, so I absolutely love reading your journal entries. I love your writing style. Lots of vivid detail and a great sense of humor. Thanks for sharing with us armchair travelers! Oh, and Happy Birthday, too!
