Hi there everyone!

You can stop the charity drive to send us over clothing parcels as we have our bags! Only two days after we arrived!

We have had an exciting day spending time actually choosing an outfit and not having to use the hotel toiletries (well more important for me than Dave as you can imagine!) Dave only had to go commando for 3 hours so mom no chaffing!!!

We have just sampled our first bottle of local wine which was very nice and just off for a siesta before heading off to sample the local Alpaca and Guinea Pig possibly!!

Martin - you will be pleased to know that we surpassed our cultural high point and spent most of last night in the highest Irish Owned bar in the world!! Well it was happy hour and you could get two Gin and Tonics for less than two quid!

I am sure we have missed loads of people of the mail list as we were so last minute so if you send through e-mail addresses we can add them on.....

We have celebrated getting our bags back by buying local alpaca clothes, I now have a very nice orange poncho and Dave a matching zip up hooded cardigan and hat!!

We have been trying to upload some photos but the PC´s are not great so we will keep trying!!!

Tomorrow we start our overland trip so who knows when we will be online again!!

Hope all is well back in blighty

Easy does it
You won't be able to enjoy happy hours whilst trekking! Just as well really - you might fall off the mountains. Sooty hopes you won't be eating any of her relatives - but I think you'll just be glad to eat what's going when you're hungry - furry or otherwise! Nan sends her love. Mom xx
