My next destination in Peru is the small town of Huaraz. Many people walk this trek and many people have no idea of what it is to leave no trace that they have been there. This place was full of toilet paper that stupid tourist think is ok to leave around rather than taking it with them.....highly ugly and frustrating

These kids came running out of their homes to ask for caramellos. I took this photo before realising the state of the poor kids, especially the kid on the right. He had pussy eyes and scabby face which is caused by the cold...I was absolutely shocked by how sick he looked
