It's hard to describe the last couple of days. We enjoyed more hospitality from Luis and family. They are such a humble, generous family and they provided, and taught us how to prepare, the traditional Cuy meal. Cuy, coal, wheelbarrow, and you have got an idea of how to get started. Today was a trip around the outskirts of Cuenca, up to some breathtaking waterfalls where Maddison almost went for a 400 ft. or so trip down the mountain. I think she will be more careful next time. We heard just tonight about the volcano. But no affect here. Still beautiful.
