this is one beautiful city as you may appreciate from the attached photos. been here two days and walked all over this downtown historical district. signed up for a three-day tour of parque nacional la caja which leaves tomorrow morning at 8 a.m. its a private tour with just me and a guide doing a backpack through this national park with some three hundred lakes of various sizes. when i return i´ll head south for Peru and expect to cross the border on saturday.

I teach high school math. For the past several years in the summer I have enjoyed motorcycle touring throughout mexico. Dual sport riding in copper canyon, chihuahua, was a highlight of those travels. My hobbies are dancing, travel and motorcycle riding and this trip will combine the three: I am riding my 03 honda cb 919 from los angeles down through central america to honduras and nicaragua for a nine-week tour. I have been taking salsa lessons for a few months and look forward taking dance classes as well as spanish classes on my travels, as well as hiking the local volcanoes.... full info
