So almost three weeks into my trip and according to my plans of heading south in Chile then working my way up through Argentina, I am currently in negative territory as I am 1465km north of Santiago where I started my trip about three weeks ago. After working in Bolivia for six months, I decided that Latin America is where I should be at the moment. Can't believe I found President's Choice Hot Chocolate at the grocery store. I think it might be cheaper than in Canada as well (1099 pesos is about $2.20).

This bus which took my to Copiapó on the top floor has three seats per row that reclined quite a bit. On the bottom floor there are only six seats and they fully recline to make a bed. They even served us meals :)
