It was a 7 hour bus journey, overnight from Potosi to Uyuni ...... cue the chaos! 4,000 people on a bus, lots of food produce and lots of babies (one of which I had to help pass back to her mother who was up the other end of the bus). Lynny is in my shorts and hat as the temperature outside was soooo cold and really windy. Amazing spot to sit in a thermal spring though!

The colours of these lakes defied belief! Something to do with a reacton between certain natural chemicals, the algae and the sun. Needless to say, there are no fish in these lakes.

Wow!
That tour looks amazing, totally like nothing I've ever seen before! Them salt lakes look like they go on forever. Them pics are brilliant, especially the clever ones which make you look small! The toilet story is rank, but I guess you have to kinda expect these sorts of things now and again.......I def won't complain about the portaloos at Leeds festival this weekend!!
