Well, we're just about over the trauma of our bus trip the other day! When we arrived in Salta the sun was beating down, we've never been so happy to see a bit of it and our mood lifted. We sat out in the sun all say and took it easy cause we were pretty wrecked from all the travelling we did the previous week. Later that evening we took a stroll in town to check out the main plaza, Salta is such a pretty city, it has the most amazing buildings. Then on Tuesday we went horse riding, Gwen only agreed to it cause I've wanted to do it since we got to Argentina. We went out to San Lorenzo a little town only 30 mins from Salta, there were only th 2 of us booked onto it.

The guide we were given was Walter who didn't speak any English, so communicating wasn't the easiest. I got a lovely ginger horse called gringo, and Gwens was a dirty white colour. Off we went anyhow, and it was a nice slow pace. Gwen wasn't the most comfortable on the horse to begin with and to be fair to her, she only really went because I'd wanted to go for ages.
