Michelle and I went to a BBQ last night set up by the hostel. it was a lot of fun. there were people there from all over the world. we drank some wine, and i get really good at spanish after a little wine. hhehe. It´s michelle´s birthday today, so last night at midnight, everyone sang happy birthday to her in spanish and english.
Today, we went whitewater rafting, then we rappelled downt the side of a mountain, and then we trekked up a mountain! it was really fun! The mountains are absolutely beautiful!! i´ll get some pictures up soon! our guides were so funny, they made a great experience. Tomorrow we are taking a bus over the Andes mountains on our way to Vina Del Mar, Chile. this is the city i will be living in for 3 months. Right now michelle and i are going to go out for some dinner for her birthday!!! we have been eating some really good food here, so we might get fat. hahha jk. well, i´m really excited to meet my host family and see my new city tomorrow! I think out of everything we´ve done (paragliding, rafting, rapelling, climing mountains, and other fun things) the most scarry thing will be taking a bus over the mountains with snow. ahh! on that note... see ya later!
