Well we've arrived safely in Buenos Aires. Thank you for your messages!
We're staying in a very cool hostel right in the centre. We've managed to find a fun Sunday antique street market in San Telmo and we've eaten the most enormous steaks you can ever imagine.
The only blip along the way was US customs unstrapping Ally's bag as it came out at New York which caused it to rip completely as it came out of the carousel. American Airlines couldn't have been more unhelpful if they'd tried - where was our service with a smile?! But they gave us a minging trundle bag which we heaved all Ally's stuff into before legging it to our connecting flight which was leaving in about 15 mins. Almost a complete disaster! But we have arrived with all our stuff intact and without getting fleeced along the way. And right now we are off to buy a new bag. And then see the Recoleta cemetery where Eve Peron is buried. Don't cry for us Argetina....

No photos at present but hope to have some soon. That's all for now! Lots of love!
