el sol el sol el sol

a lovely evening view from our apartment, i am already thinking about how much i'll miss our place here
My head is numb from three hours of hollering, noise making and jumping estatically at the soccer game. I cannot possibly do my homework or even think about studying for our History Mid term tomorrow. Forget it. I would rather upload fotos, write a blog and go to bed before two AM. Bad news, Lindsay's computer has a virus and the hard drive is apparently dead. What a pity, all of our fotos are deleted and no more. Not to mention the 8 GB of music she had on the computer or important documents (vegetarian recipes, Rochlin papers, Guitar Tabs and new paper articles). What a shame and what terrible luck we've been having with electronics. I need some ice cream.

NEWS FLASH
Laura and Chuck have arrived from Canada. They are happy, in love and brought gifts from our families! Yipee. Thanks Mom and Dad! Peanut butter, letters, Jasmine Tea, Almonds, Candles, photos and lots of love. Thank you! Lindsay's mom sent delicious coffee, treats, fruit to go's, a mug, an advil! Yes. We are ready for the next few weeks. We have had a few dinners already with Laura and Chuck, ice cream, and the highlight of it

our favorite friend in argentina, mariana ferrer, and my precious guitar, la guachita.
all, a Boca Juniors soccer game. Today. We rolled into the apartment at about 6 this morning and so were a little foggy getting up, but as soon as we got to the Cancha (Stadium), which the Bosteros (Boca Fans) call the Bombonera, we were full of energy and ganas (willingness) to jump around. There were about 40,000 fans wearing Yellow and Blue. Oh, I could actually talk about soccer and the history of Boca for ages, but I am too tired from the soccer game. Ok, Boca won against Bahia Blanca 2 - 0 , but last weekend they won the championships, so this game was more of a party than a soccer game.

STUDYING
We have new best friends, Yvo and Bart, we went to their apartment to study economics and they had bought a delicious chocolate cake. We will study with them more often I reckon.

There is much more to write about, but it took me forever to upload the pictures and I will just have to finished writing about our adventures later on.

Lots of love, muchos besos

Jenica

man that game looks awesome
I bet you guys just had sooo much fun at that game. I mean Liverpool is intense.. but I'm sure you jsut had a blast. Well I'm livin in Revelstoke now with peter. We get along well. Sometimes he gets pissy and we wont talk for hours.. But other then that it's been awesome so far. We both got golf memberships at the course so we've been out golfin everday this week. Which means yes i've got a knarly sunglasses and t-shirt tan. No i'm not any good at golf but today i wasn't quite to brutal today. Hit a couple of pars which was alot better then yesterday lol. It's really really chill here though. Peter and I live in this big 4 bedroom house which is in the midle of renovations. So most of the walls are covered in primer and the floors consist of the the wood floorboards. So needless to say we hardly pay any rent at all. There's not really much to say other then that not alot gets done then coaching, swimming, golf, fishing and sun tanning staring at the glacier covered Begbie mountain. You know which I mean Jenica. Anyways have fun girls... not too much trouble.. Peter and I have really been behaving ourselves. OH Braydon is such a douche, he crashed the echo on the way home from vancouver a couple of weeks ago. So that was getting fixed and they were using my prelude fora while there. But now it's back where it has been all year(my parents driveway). Have a good one girls
