EVERY CITY has it’s life blood. The system that maintains Buenos Aires’ life blood is its Subte (from subterráneo, underground or subterranean railway). Become a corpuscle in BA’s bloodstream for a day! In the busy street look for the coloured medallion above the entrance. fascinating
I like to do this too...always find the best and cheapest listings on craigslist....and stay in flats or apts rather than hotels when we travel....i so want to go to argentina someday...you are lucky that you are retired now, with some income to travel....i am visioning that for myself and sooner than later
