Church
Church in San Telmo Buenos Aires Hello Family and Friends.
Well, we have now been in Buenos Aires for a little over a month and oh how the time has flown. We finished our TEFL course at the end of January and I can say that without a doubt it was one of the best experiences of our lives. Other than the course being first rate, the facilities and the accomadations were also stellar. We were given pastries every morning as well as all the Mate and Coffee we could drink. The faculty were all super sweet and also very knowledgable about the material and the educational nature of the course. Our fellow teachers came from all over the world. Countries like Ireland, England, Australia, the United Statesand even Cameroon were represented. They were such a great group of people and we feel lucky to have shared that time and place with everyone.
The first two weeks were all lecture and this was definitely a schedule that took some getting used to. The four of us had not been in a classroom for eight hours a day since high school and needless to say, our butts were a little sore. The next two weeks
Cemetary
Recoletta Cemetary of the course consisted of designing lesson plans and teaching actual students. It was fantastic, and everyone was so excited to teach and learn.
Well we have posted some pictures and now that this site is off the ground more posts will be banging on your doors. We love you all so much and miss you with all our hearts.
