Such an odd place for a shrine

This shrine to Mary is in the middle of the Gorge. All over Europe there are shrines in the most unusual places. They're either a figure of Jesus or Mary or a little chapel. Faith was a such a dominating factor in people's lives in the past

We weren't sure what to do with today as the forecast said one thing and reality was another. It was raining so cycling didn't look like a great idea.
