The Rotunda of St. George

This is a really huge, really cool building also built under Galerius in the 3rd c. No one is really sure what exactly it was intended for, but it has been a church and a mosque (hence the minaret visable) over the last 100 or so years and is now a Church again, but out of service except for a few days a year.
