Parrillada ...

... a seemingly never-ending platter of grilled meats, with two types of sausage, chicken, pork, and beef. The theme of tough grilled beef in Guatemala continues, but yet again, it was sweet and delicious. Quite frankly, the only thing more disgusting than the size of the portions was our gluttony - rice, potatoes, AND tortillas???!!? Luckily that albino Guatemalan village girl from the earlier bus ride magically showed up and stole some of my guacamole, because there was no way in hell I was finishing this platter of food by myself.
