Geo: 46.6585, 7.69645Today we took the train to Spiez and then caught a bus to Aeschi for the Parade of cows. The farmers send their cows up to higher elevation so they can graze. Then, when Fall comes, they bring them home in a ceremonial parade celebrating the Cow Culture with bells, flowers, and beautiful costumes along with a farmers market of Alpine cheese, sausage and other delicious food. ... read more
