The Indian Elm tree

Holoptelea integrifolia Planch. (Hindi: Chilbil) The seed capsules attracted many feeding birds. I believe a paste can be made from the bark of this tree and used to treat arthritis, applied to swollen joints.
The hills are alive - and I was too (but only just!)
