Yorkshire 11 - Richmond , a rusty coloured river , an uphill walk and a keep in a Norman castle July 6th 2016 After a day of walking round the pretty town of Barnards Castle we headed for our stop for the night . A Holiday Inn near to Scotch Corner . We had never stayed at a Holiday Inn before but chose this as it was a little further away from the busy and under reconstruction A1.
