Brilliant decisions!
I've always enjoyed being abroad and missing the Christmas madness too. And Central America is such a fantastic destination, and your underwater photos from Caye Caulker are gorgeous! I was there about 35 years ago when there were no agencies, golf carts or restaurants. Everyone found a room in or behind people's houses and two ladies cooked cheap lobster dinners on their patios.
