Room breakdown: Electricity: Reliable. European style two pin plug available. Toilet: Fully operational. Hot water supply: Abundant! Heating: Mongar was not a cold place. Food: Good restaurant, especially the Indian dishes. Spoils: Indian Television. Well, buried somewhere in loads of interference. Pets: They stayed out of my view.

Six days into the trip and I can finally rejoice at the pleasure of having caught some kind of cold or mild influenza. Having finally managed to fall asleep in the early hours my body protests violently at the thought of having to get up and about already.
