Matsuri

I was very influenced by a book my teacher gave me based on festivals in Japan. Many costumes were so beautiful and elaborate, I had fun drawing them- my meduim was watercolor pencils at the time. In the background is a fox bride, in the front I believe is called a courtesan.

The last few days I've been keeping busy travelling to and from Wales to collect things I left during the move just over a year ago.
