New Norcia

March 19th 2014
Today was spent at New Norcia Benedictine Monastery. We took a 2hr guided tour, well worth it. We were taken through the girls and boys colleges, Abbey Church, flour mill, Monastery Chapel and Aboriginal housing. Great artwork and pressed tin ceilings. Lovely photos, wish we had visited when we were over there. Also Albert Facey memorial at Northam. He wrote ' A Fortunate Life ' which Rosie passed on to me to read.
