Central Wheat Belt

We have left the woodlands district and entered the central wheat belt. Will really miss the salmon gums. We have passed through millions of acres of wheat stubble, and the country is very dry. Dams and creeks are bare. This is the head of the Swan and Avon rivers, don't know where they get their water from.
