January 13th 2014 The North Island has been completed and it was now onto the South Island which had a lot to live up to as we had already had such a good few weeks here. Getting to the South Island involved crossing the Cook Strait on a ferry which I was not looking forward to as my sea legs clearly didn't wake up this morning.
