Off at the crack of dawn for the drive out to Fairy Glen (honestly) Game reserve. Which is set in the spectacular mountains about 100Km inland from the Cape coast. Our guide and mentor and in due course bodyguard was Rory. His local knowledge ensured that we got the most out of the tour thanks to a good seat in the land rover and a well-informed driver.
