Bongani, administrative assistant.

In mid-2013 interviews were held for this position. Mapule, a young woman from Limpopo province, had been volunteering in this job for at least two years. She rented a room Mon-Fri in our village and she has a daughter at home in Limpopo. Five months later, Bongani was hired, and he showed up for work....Mapule had not even been told this. It was a very uncomfortable situation. We will have a farewell to thank her sometime next year, but for now we are sad she had to leave this way. Bongani is a hard worker with lots of gifts for this job, and I'm glad to have him.

Most photos are from my school in Kameelpoort (Molapoamogale) which is a small village. Sele School has 190 students in Gr 7-12. George's and Eva's schools are Gr 7-9 and much bigger.
