The girl in the foreground exemplifies the fashion of the day in Tokyo for young girls. The Julia Roberts Pretty Woman look is big here. Short skirts, thigh high boots or socks and slightly copper, 80's style hairdo's. Its like they all just emptied their Mum's closet and cobbled together an outfit.
