vegan in africa ain't so bad
it's actually been surprisingly easy being vegan. South Africa was a non-issue - we ate mexican, ethiopian or homemade italian (to die for) almost every night we weren't camping (beans and bread). In Tanzania, so far lots of Indian and Chinese so always lots of veggie options. we had some local eggs at the lodge with Maddy, but that was by choice. we're definitely not losing weight on this trip!
