Our arrival in Argentina was celebrated with dinner and first wine of the trip (fruity red Malbec), as we sat outside in the evening heat listening to a local guitar band in Puerto Iguazu. Heading south the next day we stopped at an Estancia ranch deep in the Argentine countryside and on arrival shared traditional matte tea ritual with owner, passing around gourd and bombilla straw as we chatted. ... read more
