Yes, we left the van in Formentera, flew from Ibiza to Madrid, then flew straight on from Madrid to Rome. We spent four nights in Rome, and we walked our socks off trying to see all the great monuments in three days. Day 1 was Vatican museum, Sistine chapel, St Peter's square and San Augusto Castel.
