5th November 2012. After a nice break, we packed up early and headed to Karumba, the Gulf of Carpentaria. We arrived in the town of Karumba and it look rather ordinary. The Norman River, which leads to the Gulf was very murky and there were croc signs everywhere. Then we found Karumba Point and the magical views of the Gulf.
