I WENT TO CAPE COAST TO VISIT ONE OF THE FAMOUS CASTLES WHICH HELD AND TORMENTED THE SLAVES BEFORE SENDING THEM OFF TO THE AMERICAS..... THE PICTURES ARE SELF EXPLANITORY..... I MUST ADMIT I LITERALLY HELD BACK TEARS AND WAS ASTOUNDED TO HEAR THE STORIES OF HOW THEY MADE SURE THE LOCAL VILLAGERS HAD NO CLUE WHAT WAS GOING ON IN THE CASTLE.... IF THEY KNEW THEY WOULD HAVE BOMBARDED AND TORN THE CAS ... read more

This is a documentary of my first journey to Afrika.... Ghana.... I'm flying into Accra on Oct 15, 2006 and will be returning on Dec 15, 2006....
This is first and foremost a spiritual journey "home".... Upon leaving the US I've decided not to mentally set any expectations upon this trip, just remain open to all experiences and learn a lesson from all of them.... I will share my lessons with you...
