Had to get up at 4am for this but it was definitely worth it, absolutely majestic, tranquil and beautiful, this is the America I wanted to see. The guide told us that it generally takes climbers two days to scale the wall of El Capitan or as the Native Americans call it To-to-kan oo lah which I think sounds much nicer.
