Laki is still out on the Inca trail somewhere but hopefully she will surface sometime this afternoon. It is a bit overcast today but I am hoping she had some magnificent views of Machu Picchu on her arrival at the Sun Gate this morning. Let's hope The clouds didn't spoil that moment. Emma and I are climbing Machu in Peru....but just not together! Emma is doing it in 5* luxury and will meet me for the final ascent as she has had a series of mishaps in her training...... It will be the longest time we've spent together. That along with the flight and climb is going to be challenging. Not sure which part will be the most. Will we make it to the top?
