HE SAID... We left Goreme at 7.15pm. The sun was setting over the surreal landscape and the temperature was 29 degrees. It was a beautiful evening, and we had a long haul bus trip ahead of us – Istanbul was 12 hours away. We stopped at a roadside food hall for dinner at 10.30pm.
