Carnaval dinner

Mostly pork - ribs, nose, ears and botelo/botilla (meat-stuffed pork intestine). And for dessert we had orejas (like elephant ears), filloas (crepes) and rosquillas (hard donuts). And shots of aguardente when you think you can't have any more.
